Our focus on safety for all

  • Special Cleaning of rooms

  • Even before the Covid-19 emergency, our rooms and public areas were cleaned by professionals with years of experience, qualified staff, state-of-the-art equipment and the latest legal requirements.
    In addition to the normal cleaning procedures, an additional sanitisation and disinfection protocol has been introduced, which can be found in the attached documentation. Once cleaned, a certificate of disinfection is left in each room.
    The linen in our rooms is treated according to the 14065 RABC standard, which guarantees a set and validated washing and sanitising process to ensure that the linen is free from microbes.
    Guests are supplied with a bathroom kit containing a towel, bath towel, bidet towel and bath mat in a single sealed package marked 14065 RABC.
  • Communal areas

    We have equipped our communal areas so that they can be used safely by our guests and staff.
    The front desk has been fitted with plexiglass barriers and distance markers.
    The two entrance doors have been designated as an entrance and an exit.
    Hand gel, gloves and disinfectant wipes are available in the lobby and near all lifts.

  • Express check-in & check-out

  • We have developed procedures to streamline check-in and check-out procedures, reducing time spent at the front desk to a minimum… in anticipation of once again being able to shake your hand and stop for a chat!
  • Staff training

  • In reorganising our activities we have adhered to the ‘National Safe Reception Protocol’, which can be found in the appendices here.
    All staff have been trained in order to ensure compliance and supervision of the anti-contagion rules.
  • Breakfast

  • Unfortunately, we have had to put our beloved and well-kept breakfast buffet on hold, opting only temporarily for safer options!
    Our guests can choose between room service, for a breakfast in the tranquillity and relaxation of their own room, or table service in the breakfast room.
    The breakfast room has been rearranged to ensure that safety distances are respected.
    The breakfast menu is provided at check-in and preferences should be communicated the night before.
  • Dinner and Lunch


For hotel guests, a restaurant service for DINNER is available with prior reservation:

Monday to Saturday, from 19.30 to 22.00

Dinner with “à la carte” menu at our “Fogolar 1905” restaurant

Dinner with Half Board Menu (consisting of 3 courses to be chosen between starter, first course, main course and side dish, dessert) at a cost of €35 per person, drinks not included, at our Insolito Restaurant
