Our new menus will be paired with three wine packages, respectively designed and matched for taste and aroma by our sommelier Juri Cossa.
Care and attention to the ingredients, but not only that. Other senses and material experiences are also part of the tasting experience: combining typical Friulian elements such as wood, brass and tiles with musical notes and a sprinkling of gold dust.
A journey into taste is also a voyage into the richness of our mountains, with all their emotions and sounds.
