The kitchen at Là di Moret is a stage for Friuli’s gastronomic tradition. A calling card for all our guests who want to discover, experience and savour a centuries-old culinary history, reinterpreted through the most modern trends.

The restaurant has been run by the Marini family since 1905 with great passion and gastronomic care. It offers its guests an exclusive selection of the highest quality local products, prepared by Chef Stefano Basello and his young staff of seven.

With a style that strikes a perfect balance between innovation and gastronomic tradition, the chef has given his cuisine a personal touch by meticulously overseeing the entire preparation process. Everything from contact with the local producer, to the choice of ingredients, right through to presentation, is personally supervised by the chef.

A new dining room, the 1905, was introduced in 2020, adjacent to the Fogolar room.

The restaurant is closed on Sundays

Following the strict regulations to combat and contain the spread of the SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 virus, our catering services will operate according to the current DPCM measures.

Our new menus will be paired with three wine packages, respectively designed and matched for taste and aroma by our sommelier Juri Cossa.

Care and attention to the ingredients, but not only that. Other senses and material experiences are also part of the tasting experience: combining typical Friulian elements such as wood, brass and tiles with musical notes and a sprinkling of gold dust.

A journey into taste is also a voyage into the richness of our mountains, with all their emotions and sounds.
